Fylingdales Space Heritage Signage Project
The Fylingdales Space Heritage Signage project aims to convey the significance of RAF Fylingdales in the Global Space Age for visitors to the North York Moors.
The signs have been developed through a collaboration between RAF Fylingdales, Teesside University, and the Military War and Security Research Group at Newcastle University. They feature photographs from the Fylingdales Archive collection, charting over 60 years of space operations from this place on the North York Moors.
